В какво ще се състои Твоята работа?

Ще удовлетворяваш желанията на нашите български клиенти и ще отговаряш на техните въпроси по телефон и имейл и ще предоставяш информация за продуктите и тяхната наличност

В същото време ще оформяш поръчки по телефона, ще ги проверяваш и ще следиш безпроблемната им обработка до доставянето им на клиентите

 

С какво можеш да ни зарадваш?

  • Определено с Твоите перфектни комуникативни умения и владеене на български език на перфектно ниво както устно, така и писмено
  • С любезно и приятелско отношение и поведение
  • Готовност да отработиш минимум 70 часа на месец
  • Опитът в кол център или в отдел Поддръжка на клиенти е предимство, но и без него ще се справиш
