Ποιο θα είναι το περιεχόμενο της δουλειάς σου;

• Θα λύσεις τις επιθυμίες των πελατών μας που μιλούν ελληνικά και θα απαντήσετε στις ερωτήσεις τους τηλεφωνικά, μέσω email ή κλήσης και θα παρέχεις πληροφορίες σχετικά με τα προϊόντα και τη διαθεσιμότητά τους.

• Ταυτόχρονα, θα καταχωρείς τηλεφωνικές παραγγελίες, θα τις ελέγχεις και θα παρακολουθείς την ομαλή εξέλιξή τους μέχρι να παραδοθούν στον πελάτη για να του χαρίσεις ένα χαμόγελο στα χείλη του.

Τι θα κάνεις για να μας κρατήσεις ευτυχισμένους;

• Σίγουρα με τις τέλειες επικοινωνιακές σου δεξιότητες και τη γνώση ελληνικών, σε τέλειο επίπεδο τόσο προφορικά όσο και γραπτά

• Με την ευγενική και φιλική σου προσέγγιση και εξωστρέφεια

• Με το να είσαι πρόθυμη/ος να εργαστείς τουλάχιστον 70 ώρες το μήνα

• Η εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο ή στην υποστήριξη πελατών είναι πλεονέκτημα, αλλά δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα και χωρίς αυτά
