Ce va face parte din volumul tău de muncă?

Vei îndeplini dorințele clienților noștri vorbitori de limba română și îi vei sprijini, răspunzând nevoilor lor prin telefon, e-mail sau chat și oferindu-le informații cu privire la comenzile lor

De asemenea, vei înregistra comenzile făcute prin telefon, vei urmări în permanență starea acestora și vei face tot posibilul pentru livrarea lor fără probleme și zâmbetul clientului

 

Ce dorim să ai?

  • Cunoștințe avansate (nivel minim B2) de limbă română, atât în ceea ce privește scrisul, cât și vorbitul, deoarece vei avea de-a face cu vorbitori de limbă română
  • Atât atitudine amabilă și prietenoasă, cât și performanță profesională față de ceilalți
  • Dorința de a lucra cel puțin 70 de ore pe lună
