O que fará parte da sua carga de trabalho?

  • Atenderá aos desejos e suporte dos nossos clientes que falam português e atenderá às suas necessidades por telefone, e-mail ou chat, além de fornecer-lhes informações sobre os seus pedidos.
  • Registará pedidos feitos por telefone, irá monitorizar continuamente o seu estado e fará todo o possível para a entrega ser tranquila e garantir o sorriso do cliente.

O que queremos de si?

  • Conhecimento proficiente (nível mínimo B2) do idioma português relativamente às habilidades de escrita e conversação, já que lidará com falantes de português.
  • Atitude gentil e amigável, bem como desempenho profissional em relação aos outros.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar pelo menos 70 horas por mês.
