At O2, we are constantly striving to improve services for our customers and help them even in unexpected situations. Our subsidiary, O2 Financial Services (O2 FS), acts as an insurance administrator for smart devices claims, among other activities.

As part of the development of our activities in Hungary in cooperation with Yettel Hungary, we are currently seeking for a Claims specialist to join our team.

Your future job:

  • Handling claims for the Hungarian portfolio and collaborating with colleagues responsible for the Czech and Slovak portfolios
  • Daily supervision of the progress and quality of processes, from reporting of a new claim to its final settlement
  • Daily communication with colleagues from the customer care center
  • Close cooperation with partners such as service centers and insurance companies
  • Preparation of management and operational reports, as well as billing and invoicing documents
  • Participation in key development activities and projects

What we are looking for:

  • Completed secondary education with a school-leaving examination
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English or Hungarian for daily communication, additionally proficiency in Czech or Slovak at a communicative level
  • Ability to independently manage tasks after proper training.
  • Diligence, communicativeness, proactivity, process-oriented thinking, teamwork skills
  • Experience in financial services, telecommunications or logistics is an advantage
  • Strong PC skills
