We are looking for a motivated and experienced Linux Administrator with a DevOps mindset to join our team. This role involves managing L2 operations of Linux servers, ensuring their security, stability, and performance. Responsibilities include providing remote support to clients, occasional onsite visits, and participating in on-call rotations. Additionally, this position offers opportunities to work with cloud technologies and contribute to the implementation of cloud solutions for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in system administration with a strong customer-focused approach. While not mandatory, experience with automation, containerization, or database management is a plus.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Provide L2 support for server operations, handling incidents and service requests.
• Ensure Linux systems remain up-to-date and compliant with security standards.
• Maintain system reliability, security, and performance.
• Implement and manage system monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Perform basic administrative tasks on databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MS SQL.
• Support containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and assist with cloud infrastructure planning (AWS planned for future adoption).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python.
• Ensure compliance with IT best practices, security policies, and industry regulations.
• Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and incident resolutions.
• Work in an Agile environment and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Linux Administrator in a production environment.
• Strong expertise in Linux operating systems (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Basic to intermediate experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Oracle database management is a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Bash and Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and relevant certifications.
• Exposure to automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.
• Experience with web services such as Tomcat, Nginx, or JBoss.
• Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases and message queues.
• Fundamental understanding of VMware, particularly in virtual machine management.
