Network & Security Engineer – Join Our IT Enterprise Security Team!
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Network & Security Engineer to become part of our IT Enterprise Security Services team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining secure internet access and private access services, ensuring a strong security posture. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of IT security, networking, and Zero Trust principles, along with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest security trends and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Diagnose and resolve network and system issues, ensuring smooth operations.
• Design, recommend, and implement enhanced technology infrastructure solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including patch management procedures.
• Independently analyze, design, and execute assigned security projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert in network security and provide technical support.
• Review peers' work to ensure alignment with security best practices.
• Adhere to IT Service Management processes (Incident, Change Management, etc.).
• Support monitoring and management of security systems.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access.
• 3+ years of experience in Network Administration and IT Security.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust principles, access control, and network security.
• Proficiency in firewall administration and management.
• Experience working with IPsec & SSL tunnels.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Security, or a related field.
• Preferably certified in CCNA, AWS, Azure, or other relevant security certifications.
• Understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC).
• Knowledge of Azure Security, NSG, Monitoring, and Network configurations.
• Familiarity with penetration testing and ethical hacking principles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Scripting knowledge in Python for security automation.
