At Notino, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Head of Events to lead our event and experiential marketing efforts. As the Event & Experiential Manager, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing captivating events that resonate with our target audience and enhance our brand's presence. Your innovative approach and attention to detail will drive memorable experiences that connect customers with our brand and products.

What to expect in the position:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive event and experiential marketing strategy aligned with Notino's brand identity and business objectives.
  • Create event activations that lead to app downloads, engagement and customer journey.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of events using metrics such as cost per attendee, engagement, frequency, app engagement. Then work with the data closely to help us improve the event management process.
  • Identify new trends and opportunities for innovation in event formats and experiences to continually captivate our audience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand campaign goals, product launches, and promotional activities to integrate into event planning.

  • Manage events strategy, budgeting team management, long term planning. Short term planning: vendor selection and management; key partnerships selection; negotiations; contracts; budgeting.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in management position within marketing field (5+ years) – success rate KPI´s settings, managing and developing team.
  • Data driven mindset – you will work closely with data from the events to evaluate the impact for Notino.
  • Passion for new lifestyle/beauty trends – we are looking for somebody who can think out of the box and help us elevate our events to next level.
  • Experience in event planning and execution is a plus, also experience in ecommerce or beauty segment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners; Business English on level C1, another language is a plus.
  • Budget management experience to optimize resources effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel and manage events on-site as required.
