SPORTSBOOK PRODUCT MANAGER

Core mission:

We are looking for a passionate candidate who will manage the Sportsbook, internal and side products development.  Sportsbook Product Manager builds and manages product roadmap, follows and monitors trends, gives vision, directions, evaluates opportunities. Provides competitive analysis and gives decision about the product portfolio. Drives the process of turning ideas into delivery of the product, focuses on customer experience, understands the background of tasks and development, timeframes, resources and budget.

Responsibilities:

*  Product definition and development

*  Building and managing Product roadmap

*  Managing product portfolio

*  Competitive analysis

*  Industry trends (product + technical)

*  Identification and evaluation of opportunities

*  Evaluation of product performance, customer experience

*  Compliance of products

*  Coordination with developers, frontend team, marketing, project management, customer research and other business departments

*  Geneity and Playtech product roadmap coordination

Requirements:

*  Profiency English (active communication including calls/skype, read docs, write specs)

*  Experience in Gaming / Betting business

*  Product Development Management / Project Management

*  Practical experience from the business on regulated markets online + retail

*  Knowledge of the business environment and compliance framework

*  Analytical and logical thinking

*  Focus on the customer experience

*  Experience with business requirements definition

*  Technical background & experience with development advantageous

*  Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office

*  Communication and presentation skills

*  High motivated, Team player, Strong and responsible person with drive on getting the job done
