Estamos buscando personas a tiempo parcial para apoyar a nuestros equipos durante la temporada que comienza con el Black Friday y termina después de la temporada Navideña.

¿Cuál será tu carga de trabajo?

- Vas a satisfacer los deseos de nuestros clientes de habla hispana y responder a sus necesidades por teléfono, correo electrónico o chat, así como proporcionarles información sobre sus pedidos.

- Además, registrarás los pedidos realizados por teléfono, vigilarás continuamente su estado y harás todo lo posible para que se entreguen sin problemas y los clientes sonrían.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

- Conocimientos competentes (nivel B2 como mínimo) del idioma castellano, tanto a nivel escrito como oral, ya que vas a tratar con hispano hablantes.

- Actitud tanto amable y amistosa como profesional hacia los demás.

- Disposición para trabajar al menos 70 horas al mes
