Náplň práce:

  • První, druhá a třetí úroveň podpory řešení, které implementujeme u klientů v oblasti energetiky
  • Správa serverové infrastruktury (fyzické i virtuální)
  • Správa různých úrovní Active Directory domén
  • Do budoucna i možná účast na 24/7 podpoře (po získání potřebného know-how)
  • Spolupráce na návrhu řešení a komunikace s klienty

Požadavky na pozici:

  • Zkušenosti administrací desktopových SW Microsoft (Windows 10 a vyšší), Microsoft Office (2016 a novější)
  • Vítány zkušenosti s administrací Microsoft Windows Server (2016 a novější) a/nebo s administrací Microsoft 365
  • Zkušenost s administrací, návrhem nebo implementací Active Directory
  • Výborné komunikační schopnosti v češtině nebo slovenštině
  • Středně pokročilá angličtina
