We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change and Release Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of operational change initiatives, as well as ensures a smooth transition of new software and hardware to production environment and support. The successful candidate will work closely with management, delivery teams, and customers to ensure that changes and releases are implemented efficiently and effectively, with minimal disruption to services.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Manage changes through their entire life cycle for an automotive client.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of changes on the business.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement change plans that are effective, efficient, and sustainable.
• Monitor and report on the progress of changes, ensuring they are on track and delivering the desired outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to project and delivery teams on change management best practices.
• Prepare and lead the Change Advisory Board.
• Oversee the rollout of IT services and releases to the production environment and support.
• Coordinate with development and project teams to ensure that releases are thoroughly tested and meet the highest quality standards.
• Ensure timely transition of new releases to production support.

Requirements to be successful:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in change management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex changes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of other ITIL management processes.
• Strong time management skills.
• Fluent in Slovak and English.
• Available for on-call duty.
