We are seeking a skilled and motivated Windows Administrator to join our team. The Windows Administrator will be responsible for managing L2 operations of Windows servers, ensuring their stability, performance, and security. This role includes remote support for clients and occasional onsite presence. On-call duties are also part of the job. Candidates will also have the opportunity to explore cloud technologies and be part of the team setting up cloud solutions for the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in system administration and a strong focus on customer-centric support. Familiarity with automation, virtualization, and Active Directory management is a plus but not mandatory.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, 2022).
• Perform L2 support for server operations, including incident resolution and request management.
• Responsible for Windows systems patching and ensuring they are kept up-to-date with security and compliance standards.
• Ensure system stability, security, and performance.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions (e.g., Splunk).
• Work with databases such as MS SQL for basic administration tasks.
• Provide support for virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Nutanix).
• Create and maintain scripts for automation and process optimization using PowerShell.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with IT best practices, security policies, and industry standards.
• Document processes, configurations, and incident resolutions.
• Participate in an Agile working environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Windows Administrator in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows Server 2019, 2022).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and SCCM.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and certifications.
• Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or other automation tools.
• Basic VMware knowledge, with a focus on virtual machine management.
• Experience with web services such as IIS.
