Full-stack Application Developer - .NET/Angular
About Us: KPMG Central & Eastern Europe is a cross-regional entity encompassing 17 countries across 11 geographic locations, serving applications and systems to over 10,000 users worldwide. The internal development team, consisting of 30+ professionals, is responsible for building and maintaining internal information systems and mission-critical business tools for all KPMG member firms within the cluster. A platform-like solution is utilized, interconnected with other custom-built systems and reporting solutions, allowing end-users to enter all necessary data and providing state-of-the-art reporting capabilities for operational, administrative, and decision-making purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Security-Centric Design: Follow the best principles in the area of security, considering industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using .NET/Angular technologies.
- Best Practices: Follow best practices and code quality standards.
- Code Review: Review code from other team members to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- System Integration: Integrate new software components with existing systems and third-party solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure software meets quality and performance standards.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize software for efficiency.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, code documentation, and user manuals.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on the latest .NET/Front-end technologies and tools, evaluate their suitability for projects, and make recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) discipline or related field (Master's degree preferred). Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Extensive experience (3+ years) as a .NET+FE(Angular, React, JS) Developer with a proven track record of delivering complex software solutions.
- Strong expertise in .NET technologies, including C#, .NET Core.
- Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React, etc.).
- Database design and SQL expertise (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- English C1 - professional proficiency in English at the C1 level (CEFR)
