DevOps Engineer – Join Our Team!
We are looking for a highly skilled and driven DevOps Engineer to become part of our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between development and operations by automating workflows, optimizing deployment processes, and maintaining a reliable, scalable infrastructure. You will be responsible for supporting both on-premises and cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on building and managing future cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a DevOps mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience with automation, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot containerization platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate DevOps best practices into workflows.
• Support both on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Deploy and maintain system monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and governance standards.
• Document infrastructure configurations, automation scripts, and operational processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide L2 support for mission-critical systems.

Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Hands-on expertise with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience working with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and associated tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing hybrid environments that combine on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of GitOps methodologies and related tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and relevant certifications.
• Experience with web server administration (e.g., Nginx, Apache).
• Basic knowledge of database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or Oracle.
• Awareness of networking and security principles.
