We are looking for a proficient and driven Windows Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing L2 operations of Windows servers, ensuring optimal stability, performance, and security. Responsibilities include providing remote support to clients, occasional onsite visits, and participation in on-call duties. Additionally, candidates will have the chance to work with cloud technologies and contribute to the organization’s cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in system administration with a strong emphasis on customer-focused support. While not required, familiarity with automation, virtualization, and Active Directory management is a plus.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Administer, support, and troubleshoot Windows-based systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, 2022).
• Provide L2 support for server operations, including incident resolution and request handling.
• Oversee Windows system patching to ensure security and compliance are maintained.
• Maintain system stability, security, and performance.
• Deploy and manage system monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk).
• Perform basic administrative tasks on databases like MS SQL.
• Offer support for virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Nutanix).
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and process enhancement.
• Work with the team to uphold IT best practices, security policies, and industry regulations.
• Document configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.
• Engage in an Agile environment and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Windows Administrator in a production environment.
• Expertise in Windows operating systems (Windows Server 2019, 2022).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in English communication (B2 level or higher).
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and SCCM.
• Practical experience with scripting languages like PowerShell.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.
• Basic VMware skills, particularly in virtual machine management.
• Experience working with web services, including IIS.
