Join Our Team as a DevOps Engineer!
We are looking for a proactive and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on bridging development and operations by automating processes, optimizing deployment pipelines, and ensuring a reliable, scalable infrastructure. You will work with both on-premises and cloud environments, playing a key role in designing and managing future cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong DevOps mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with automation, containerization, and CI/CD implementation.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Optimize system performance, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed DevOps best practices in workflows.
• Support hybrid environments, including on-premises systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Ensure compliance with security policies and IT governance standards.
• Document infrastructure, automation scripts, and operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing L2 support for critical systems.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and associated tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in hybrid environments combining on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of GitOps methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and certifications.
• Experience managing web servers (e.g., Nginx, Apache).
• Basic understanding of database management (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle).
• Awareness of networking fundamentals and security principles.
